SHIPPING POLICY

Each Paul Wayne order is shipped separately and carefully packaged to ensure perfect arrival.  Because all items are specially handcrafted per order, it can take up to a 2 day processing time.  Our goal is for you to receive the freshest product so you can truly experience that perfect bite every time.

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.  Most orders should be received within 2-4 business days from the date your order is placed.  To ensure freshness, shipping service is based on destination. 

We ship all week, Monday through Friday.  You will be notified thru email with tracking information on your order.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.  Any shipping or transit time shown should be considered only an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. We will not be responsible for spoilage of perishable items if recipient is not available to receive the package(s).

We DO Ship to APO/FPO Military addresses.  These shipments use FedEx SmartPost. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery. Delivery time varies by destination.

Due to food restrictions in customs, we do not ship outside the United States. However, we do accept international orders in cases where the order is shipped to an address within the United States.

For Expedited Shipping options please select from the Additional Shopping Options menu.  We offer One-Day Delivery for an additional $35 fee and Two-Day Delivery for an additional $20 fee.   

Future Delivery options are also available, once you place your online order and check out you will notice gift shipping options...this is where you'll see the option to setup your order for Future Delivery.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

Each order is baked and packaged special for you and therefore we do not offer refunds.  Perishable food items cannot be resold or returned to stock. All items are final sale. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24-Hours after your order was placed in order to stop shipping of product.  Once items have shipped, we cannot accommodate cancellations.
