The Cookbook
My Recipes
Ever felt that frustration when you're searching for a recipe? It can be a challenge to find a GREAT recipe these days. There are certainly plenty to choose from. You click on what looks like a promising link, only to find the same old, tired recipe you’ve seen a thousand times before. And don't even get me started on the recipes that just don't work.
Well, foodie, you’re in the right place. For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated with food—how a dash of this and a pinch of that can transform simple ingredients into something truly magical. Over the years, I’ve learned how to manipulate ingredients or processes that enhance flavors or create certain textures. I'm basically a food engineer, always tinkering, combining the best parts of two or three recipes to create something entirely new and, dare I say, better.
For years, I've wanted to write a cookbook, but my ADHD kicks in, sees a big project like that and goes, "Nope!" It was always just so overwhelming that I put it on the back burner. (See what I did there?) So, instead of a whole book, I'm doing this in a way that works for me: a few recipes at a time. This is my cookbook, delivered in bite-sized, digestible pieces to you.
These aren't just any recipes; they're my works of food-art. They’re the culmination of years of practice and a whole lot of delicious experiments…with a dash of mistakes that I turned into magic. You won't find these recipes anywhere else, and each one is packed with secret tips and tricks I’ve mastered over the years. And now, I’m giving away all my secrets—the whys behind the whats. Each recipe is packed with my personal tips and tricks, hiding in the notes section. The notes section in each recipe is like a little peek inside my brain—once you understand the reasoning behind a step, you can apply that knowledge to other recipes and become a food wizard yourself.
