1. How long do Paul Wayne cookies stay fresh?

All of our products are handmade within a day or two of shipping. We don’t keep inventory on a shelf in a warehouse. So everything ships fresh! Once you receive your cookies, you should be able to enjoy them from their individually sealed bags for up to two weeks.

2. Can I freeze these delicious cookies for longer storage?

Our cookies freeze beautifully up to FOUR months at home for longer storage. Refrigeration tends to dry out baked goods, so we don’t recommend that.

3. I want to order as a gift but want to arrive around a certain date, is it possible to order now, but ship in a couple weeks?

Yes, we can definitely ship at a later date. When you checkout, you will be asked if you want your order shipped now or select a future date.

4. Where is everything made?

All of our products are handmade in a shared commercial kitchen just outside of Chicago.
