Shipping


US Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all U.S. addresses including Alaska and Hawaii. Customers can select from UPS Ground or USPS Priority shipping upon order checkout.

Timing of Shipping

There are two options when it comes to the timing or your order fulfillment. Upon checkout, you can select a FUTURE date for your order to be shipped which allows you to purchase gifts in advance and have a given date for delivery. OR- Your order will ship when all products are available. Due to the handmade nature of our products, there could be a slight delay (2-3 days) in when your order ships. Some items could be made at the time you place your order. We prioritize quality over time. If you need your order by a certain date, please use the Future date option when ordering.

Order and Shipping Confirmation

When placing your order, please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Problems with Shipping/Refunds

Once your package leaves our hands and is dropped off to the carrier, it is then their responsibility to deliver your package correctly, intact, and on-time. We wish we could be personally deliver your package, but unfortunately that is just not possible. We have no control with shipping.

If you have trouble with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We do not offer refunds for missing or broken packages. If the worst happens and something goes wrong with your package in shipment, you can usually file a claim online with the carrier. If shipped with UPS, your package was sent insured up to $100, thus the carrier will be able to refund you.

Returns

Returns & Exchanges

We’re very sorry, but perishable food items cannot be returned. If you receive an INCORRECT item, do not open it. We cannot accept provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition. We do our best to minimize product breakage in transit; however, it can happen during shipping. If any item arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
